For All Have Sinned And Come Short

Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

The Holy Bible teaches that all humanity is depraved. Each and every human being is a sinner, who has COME SHORT of God's glory. NO ONE lives up to God's expectations. NO ONE is all that God wants them to be. NO ONE has arrived morally. NO ONE is completely pleasing to God. That is why God sent His only begotten Son into the world to die on a cross to pay for our sins, so that God could offer us eternal life as a free gift. Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Through Christ's body and blood sacrifice on Calvary's cross, I am able to meet all of God's expectations, attaining absolute holy perfection through God's imputed righteousness! Romans 4:5-6, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.” Amen! Whew that's great stuff!

I don't care if you are saved or lost, NO ONE is living a life up to par to God's holy standards of perfection of their own accord. That is why the whole idea of “Lordship Salvation” is ridiculous. That is why the whole idea of turning away from sinful ways to be saved is ridiculous. NO ONE can turn from their sins. As much as I admire Evangelist Ray Comfort in many ways, I have to expose him as a deadly reprobate minister, who preaches an accursed false gospel (video). Galatians 1:8, “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” Ray tells the confused woman on the airplane that to be saved she must turn from her sins. RAY COMFORT LIED TO HER! Here are Ray's exact accursed words to the unsaved woman:

“It's a matter of saying, 'God 'I'm sorry,' and then living a lifestyle that proves the reality of your repentance. That's what repentance is, it's a continual thing! 'God, I'm sorry, but I'm never going to lie or steal or blaspheme your name again.' It has that attitude. And the second thing is trust in Jesus!” Folks, Ray Comfort is a spiritual bastard in the pulpit!

Kindly, Ray Comfort is a theological IDIOT! How can such a brilliant man be so foolish? And his sidekick Kirk Cameron is just as bad. This dysfunctional Batman/Robin duo are public enemies! Anyone who goes around adding works to grace is a threat the Bible says...

Titus 1:10-13, “For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.”

What does the Bible mean by “THEY OF THE CIRCUMCISION”? It refers back to a ceremonial law which was required of male Jews in the Old Testament. Jewish men were commanded under the Mosaic law to be physically circumcised, in the foreskin of their private part. This was required eight days after birth (Philippians 3:5). Ceremonial laws were intended by God to teach the Jews spiritual lessons, in this case separation from the world. These laws were never meant to give salvation. Romans 3:19 teaches that the Mosaic laws (about 720 laws total) were intended to show men their sinnership, “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.”

Galatians 3:24-26 teaches that the law was intended to bring men to Christ to be saved by faith, “Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” So the LAW shows humanity that we are depraved sinners incapable of saving ourselves, and then the law brings us to GRACE in the New Testament to be saved solely by faith in Jesus Christ.

But what happened was that the ungodly Jewish religious leaders, instead turned the law into a plan of salvation. ...

Acts 15:1, “And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.”

Do you see their error? These ungodly men came to Jerusalem, like Ray Comfort, requiring people to keep the LAW to be saved. ...

Does the Bible require that you resolve in your heart to never lie again, never steal again and never blaspheme (i.e., take the Lord's name in vain) again, to receive the free gift of forgiveness of sins and eternal life? What saith the Scripture? John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” The plan of salvation given by Jesus is very different than the one given by Ray Comfort.

Trusting Jesus is Not the 'Second' Thing, it is the ONLY Thing Required To Be Saved

Second thing? My dear friend, trusting Jesus as your personal Savior is not the second thing, it is THE ONLY THING to be saved! John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” To “trust” means to rely upon. It means to place your sole hope in Jesus Christ—the sinless Lamb of God Who became the sacrifice for your sins (and mine) upon the cross, was subsequently buried, and then bodily raised up miraculously three days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Jesus said all we have to do to be saved is to simply BELIEVE that 'GOOD NEWS.'

Perhaps you ask: “Don't I need to turn from my sins to be saved?” No! That is not part of the Gospel. You are not saved by what you do, but by relying upon what Christ did on Calvary's cross to pay your debt of sin. Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay! 2nd Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

Thank God for the cross! Thank God for the Lamb of God! Listen, the only requirement to be saved is to BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 16:30-31, “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” The phrase “AND THY HOUSE” simply means that the invitation for salvation by faith is extended to the whole family. Again and again, the Bible simply instructs us to “BELIEVE” to be saved. I love that wonderful truth! Kindly, God had to make salvation simple, so that even stupid people can be saved, because the world is filled with stupid people. The Gospel is so simple—JUST BELIEVE!

Repentance is Simply 'a Change of Mind' Unto the Gospel Itself
Does a person need to REPENT to be saved? Yes, of course! But the only place that repentance has in salvation is “to change one's mind” from whatever has been hindering you to believe the Gospel. The object compliment (noun) of the verb repentance (metanoeo) is 'THE GOSPEL.' We repent TO believe. It is a false gospel to teach that a person must repent AND believe, which is the heresy taught by Evangelist Tom Ferrell. Hence, a person who is willing to trust the Savior has repented, or else they wouldn't want to believe. ...

John 3:19-21, “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.”

Carefully notice that the issue is TRUTH, and not SINS. The phrase “HE THAT DOETH THE TRUTH” simply means that a person has acknowledged THE TRUTH of the Gospel. 2nd Timothy 2:25, “In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth.” Please pay attention friend, because so many preachers get this wrong, woefully ignorant of the Scriptures. Repentance is not turning away from sinful behavior to be saved, which would effectively constitute keeping the LAW (living right). We all live wrong! We all sin every day. No one is a shining example of what a Christian should be. We've all fallen short of God's glory. False prophets abound today, just as they did in Bible times...

Galatians 2:21, “I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.”

Galatians 3:2, “This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?”

Galatians 3:11, “But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.”

Kindly, Ray Comfort frustrates the grace of God. John MacArthur frustrates the grace of God. Paul Washer frustrates the grace of God. We are saved by “THE HEARING OF FAITH,” and not by the “KEEPING OF THE LAW.” Turning away from sins to be saved is the same as keeping the law to be saved! What I showed you earlier by Ray Comfort is pure heresy, of the Devil. Ray tries to lead the woman on the plane to commit to never lying, stealing or blaspheming the Lord's name again, and then she declines his very difficult and complicated offer. To place that kind of burden upon a person—demanding that they commit to forsake lifelong sinful bad habits to receive God's FREE GIFT—is as Satanic as it is evil, wrong, ridiculous and unbiblical. Mr. Comfort is not saved.

Ungodly False Prophet Ray Comfort Made $3,571,713 In 2017 (his damnation slumbereth not)

What Ray is doing is no different than expecting a baby to run a marathon. Before a human can run, they must first learn to walk. Before a human can walk, they must first learn to crawl. And in order to crawl, someone must first be BORN! Our duty as born-again believers is to share the Gospel so that lost people can be BORN AGAIN (Matthew 28:19-20, Luke 8:11-15; Proverbs 11:30). And only then, after a person is born anew by the Holy Spirit of God (John 1:12; Romans 8:9), can they learn to CRAWL as a baby Christian (1st Peter 2:2). Doesn't that make total sense? Sure it does. To expect a person to commit to doing things that normally only a mature believer would do is called “FRONTLOADING THE GOSPEL.”

The Epistle of Galatians can be summed up with this statement—DON'T ADD TO THE GOSPEL!

Believe it Oh friend and God will save you immediately. You don't have to “ask” Jesus to save you, because He has already promised “TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE” (1st Corinthians 1:21b). Jesus is asking you to accept Him dear reader. The choice is yours alone to make. Eternal life is a free gift from God (Romans 6:23), paid for by Jesus' precious blood (1st Peter 1:18-19). Please receive Christ now, right this moment, by faith! You'll never regret it (Romans 10:11).

God's Gospel Tract—The Gospel Of John
The Gospel of John is God's Gospel tract. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” Again we see that BELIEVING is all that is required to be saved (i.e., born-again). In fact, we find the word “believe” mentioned 87 times in the Gospel of John, but the word “repent” is not mentioned even once! There is no mention about turning away from sins, nor forsaking the world, nor making Jesus' one's Lord, nor committing your life to God, nor following Christ, but simply to “BELIEVE”! 1st Corinthians 1:21, “For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.” There it is again... “TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE”!

I challenge you dear reader to just sit back, rest your head on a pillow, and listen to Alexander Scourby read the King James Bible. The first book I recommend to anybody is the Gospel of John, which was written to convince us that Jesus is the Christ. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” Please don't miss that truth! That means you can be saved just from the information provided in the Gospel of John. If you never read from the other 65 books of the King James Bible, you could still be saved just from the Gospel of John. The entire purpose for which John was authored by God is to lead you to Jesus Christ for salvation. No where in this precious book of Word of God are we taught to forsake sinful ways to be saved.

The Simplicity That is in Christ
Beware of false prophets who cloud the plan of salvation, making it murky, complicating “the simplicity that is in Christ” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). The simplicity that is in Christ is the Gospel. You simply BELIEVE it to be saved. That is so simple that even a child can do it. The apostle Paul said to the young preacher Timothy in 2nd Timothy 3:15, “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” Notice that “FROM A CHILD” Timothy knew how to be saved from the Holy Scriptures. And here again we learn the beautiful truth that we are saved “THROUGH FAITH WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS”!

What saith Pastor John MacArthur...

"There is no such thing as a childhood conversion." —Dr. John MacArthur

Do you believe that garbage? No such thing as a child getting saved? That is exactly what Mr. MacArthur horribly teaches.

1st Peter 2:7-9, “Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.”

As I plainly showed you, children CAN be saved! Timothy was saved as a child. Thank God for making His plan of salvation very simple. You just get saved once, which is forever. No amount of sin, disloyalty, leaving church, or criticism of others can forfeit the blessed gift of salvation.

For All Have Sinned And Come Short
The irony of all these teachers of Lordship Salvation today is that they are all greedy scoundrels (in my humble opinion). Check their annual salaries and the kind of money that their ministry takes in, and you'll feel sickened. Evangelist Ken Ham is another false prophet, whose Answers-In-Genesis took in $36,500,000 last year! That's the equivalent annual revenue of 222 New Testament churches! That is disgusting! What does Ken do what all that money to help the churches that he is exploiting?

Whatever comes our way. Whatever battle we have raging inside us. We always have a choice. It's the choices that make us who we are, and we can always choose to do what is right.

I Accept Being Unhappy And it's Okay
No matter where you go in this world, you'll never find paradise, because you'll still be there. We are miserable creatures as human beings. And if you are in constant chronic bodily pain as I am, you're definitely unhappy. I am unhappy every day. The essence of unhappiness is not being okay. But what if I am okay with being in a state of unhappiness? Then I am okay, right? Sound crazy? I don't mind being unhappy. When you are completely okay with being unhappy, then you'll no longer complain about being unhappy! I do not mind being unhappy and am 100% okay with it at age 52, but I have the joy of the Lord in my soul as a born-again Christian, which sustains my spirit from day to day. People have this big thing they go around moaning about called, “MY LIFE!” No my friend, if you are saved you're life belongs to God, and CHRIST IS YOUR LIFE NOW!

What saith the Scripture? Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” So it doesn't matter if I am unhappy, because my life is hid with Christ in God. Colossians 3:1-4, “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.” Boy I love that... WHEN CHRIST, WHO IS OUR LIFE!!! My happiness is Jesus Christ in me!

You Won't Have Giant Killing Faith On A Sunday Morning Budget

Psalms:1:1-6, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.  Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.  For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.”

Dear reader, in my website ministry I receive hundreds of emails each year from distraught believers who are at the end of their rope. Some talk of killing themselves. Most say that they feel like God has failed them, and that they don't want to waste their time praying anymore. Few of them attend church on Sunday, and the ones who do usually complain about their pastor and church (and many of their complaints are valid concerns).

I know what their dilemma is even before I finish reading their email. Their problem is that they are looking at the wrong things in life. They are focusing on the negatives in their life, and not having a THANKFUL ATTITUDE toward God. They lack faith because they are not walking with God by abiding in the inspired Holy Scriptures. Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” We are sanctified by the inspired Word of God. John 17:17, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” Someone asked me to sum up the Bible in as few words as possible. I gave them one word—“TRUTH.”

We grow spiritually by reading and studying the Bible. 1st Peter 2:2-3, “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.” How much time this past week did you spent wallowing like a happy pig in the inspired promises of God in the Bible? Did you know that there are 7,487 promises in the Word of God? How much Bible preaching did you listen to this past week? I heard five sermons yesterday by Pastor Bruce Mejia and Pastor Steven Anderson. I love and recommend that you listen to the Bible preaching of those guys! I don't agree with their denial of a Pretribulation Rapture, but I sadly don't know of any Pretrib Rapture pastors who preach with the fervency and boldly of these men of God.

Sadly, today's churches are pathetic. Pastor Lee Roberson (1909-2007) wisely said: “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” That is so true. The pastor makes the church! The pastor sets the tone, attitude and atmosphere of the congregation. Pastor E.M. Bounds (1835-1913) is right, who said that a church congregation rarely rises above the spirituality of the pastor. A church will almost never rise above its leadership. If a church has spiritually immature and biblically illiterate men, then the church is in trouble. Men follow their pastor's example. The great need of the hour in America is preaching preachers who walk with God.

If you only rely upon going to church on Sunday to stay right with God, you won't. The purpose of going to church is not to keep us spiritual, although we are edified by our pastor's walk with God during the week, from what he shares with us on Sunday. The purpose of going to church is to find comfort and encouragement for our burdens, heartaches and need to be loved. Other saints need our comfort, love and encouragement likewise.

Every church should have a scheduled time to go soulwinning in the local community. Preaching the Gospel is every believer's responsibility, which means there definitely should be an organized soulwinning effort by the church to reach the local community, the region and the world (missionary's support). I like the sign that I've seen in some churches when exiting over the door: “You are now entering the mission field.” Dear reader, you may be the only Jesus that someone knows.

Walking with God is not just something that we do on Sundays and Wednesdays. Our walk with God as believers should be 24/7, all the time. My mind is stayed on the Lord. Isaiah 26:3, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” I love that Bible verse!!! Isaiah 26:3, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”

Kindly said, I receive hundreds of emails each year from distraught believers. Some talk about wanting to kill themselves. They are down, depressed, despondent and say that they've given up on prayer because God never answers. They have not yet learned, or have forgotten, that as God's children we live by faith, and not by sight. 2nd Corinthians 5:7, “(For we walk by faith, not by sight:).”  Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

We all feel at times like God is ignoring us, that He has stepped out of the picture, but this is normal according to Luke 18:1-8. In this parable of The Widow And The Unjust Judge, the judge ignored her because he didn't care. However, Jesus teaches in this passage that God the Father is pleased by our faith, by our continued asking in prayer. Luke 18:1, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” The Lord told this parable to encourage us to keep on praying in faith. Prayer is asking, and asking is the evidence of one's faith. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” The Christian life is lived by faith, the same way that we were saved by faith alone. We are not saved by works, neither to we live the Christian life by trying to impress God with our works. FAITH is what pleases the Lord. Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do.

I'm So Happy That I'm Going To Heaven

Luke 10:20 “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.”

1st Peter 1:3-9, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.”

I am a happy person because of Jesus, my precious resurrected Savior, Lord, Friend and God. I have plenty of sorrowful past memories. I have many regrets. I have wept bitterly at the lowest points of my life. I suffer from constant chronic neck pain and related nerve burning, tingling in my limbs and the right side of my body feeling half asleep all the time. I have stenosis and radiculitis in my cervical spinal cord. But despite my health issues, broken life and loneliness without a wife for the past 17 years, I am happy in the Lord. I rejoice as Jesus commanded us to do, that my name is written in Heaven in the Lamb's Book of Life. ...

1st Peter 1:3-5, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

I love that. We have a lively hope (eternal life) that FADETH NOT AWAY. Everything in this world fades away. As an example: I have always liked the music of The Beach Boys, because it has beautiful harmony and pretty melodies. Brian Wilson is a musical prodigy, whose voice is angelic. Yet, Brian ruined his voice by abusing drugs like LSD and alcohol. At one time he had become so obese that he weighed 300 pounds. Sadly, Brian Wilson is an avowed atheist.

Co-founder Mike Love of The Beach Boys is now 81 years old. Mike will be 82 on March 15, 2023. Mike doesn't have much time left on earth. As far as I can find, none of The Beach Boys are Christians. Brian Wilson's younger brother, Dennis Wilson, died by misadventure in 1983, when he got drunk and drowned in California at only age 39. Another of Brian's brothers, Carl Wilson, died of cancer in 1999. These were all exceptionally talented men. Sadly, they and their music are fading away, just as the Bible says:

1st John 2:15-17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

The will of God is that every lost sinner BELIEVE on the name of Jesus Christ to be saved. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” But John 3:20-21 says that the love of sin prevents lost sinners from coming to the light of THE TRUTH of the Gospel to be saved. God doesn't send anyone to Hell. Lost sinners are condemned already, because they have not believed on the name of Jesus Christ (John 3:18, 36). If you are damned to Hell, it is your own damn fault!

I am so happy in my soul that I am a born-again child of God. I have no part in my own salvation. It is GOD'S FREE GIFT OF SALVATION. Jonah 2:9b says that, “Salvation is of the LORD.” Neither I, nor you, have any righteousness of our own to offer a holy God. That is why we need GOD'S RIGHTEOUENSS, which is obtained only through faith in Jesus Christ:

Philippians 3:9-11, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.”

Dear reader, if you know that your name is recorded in Heaven, then you ought to rejoice. Even in the worst times of my life, when all hope seemed lost and there was no light at the end of the tunnel of pain and suffering, I still had peace like a river in my soul, knowing that Heaven is my home and that I already posses eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ my blessed Savior. Oh, it is wonderful to be a Christian...

Oh, It Is Wonderful To Be A Christian

Be of good cheer dear friend (John 16:33), for Jesus Christ is risen from the dead and has ascended into Heaven on our behalf (Hebrews 9:12, 24). Jesus is every believer's High Priest. Hebrews 4:14, “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.” I receive many emails from miserable believers, some even talking about suicide. The reason why they are so sad and miserable is because their mind is broken. They don't go to church. They have no fellowship with other born-again saints. They think negative because that is all they think about and look at in life, the negative things. They talk negative. They think negative. They don't live in God's promises. Of course they are miserable!!!

There but for the grace of God go I, so I am not judging anybody. Dear friend, God is real. The Word of God is not just a storybook, it is the eternally inspired Words of almighty God. I listen to several sermons today by Pastor Bruce Mejia. I listen to sermons by Pastor Steven Anderson all the time, because we all need Bible preaching. We are what we think! Everything in life comes down to a mindset. Whether you think you can or not, you're right! Get your mind out of the doldrums, and start taking hold on the eternal life which God has already given to you by faith dear friend. Life is too short to live with a burden of hatred, anger or regret. Leave your troubled past at the cross of Calvary, and move forward by faith with God your Savior.

What Did Paul Mean: "If Ye Keep In Memory What I Preached Unto You"?

1st Corinthians 15:1-2, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”

That is a great question! The Apostle Paul had started several churches on his various missionary's journeys. On numerous occasions, false prophets had crept into some of those churches, after Paul moved on to other cities to preach the Gospel.

I love the Epistle of Galatians, which focuses primarily on this very problem. The Galatian churches has been corrupted by a cult of Judaizers (Galatians 1:6-9; 3:1-3; 5:4), who required keeping Moses' law to get to Heaven, in addition to faith in Jesus. So Paul writes a letter to them to rebuke them, calling them "fools" (Galatians 3:1) for being so soon removed from the Gospel (Galatians 1:6), which Paul received not of man, but directly from Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:12).

Having said that, when Paul wrote 1st Corinthians 15:1-4, he defines "the Gospel" and then warns the Galatians not to be led astray unto another gospel, lest they have believed in vain. We see in Matthew 7:21-23 that a group of religious people followed Jesus as their Lord. They even called Him, "Lord, Lord." There is Lordship Salvation in the Bible! They boasted of having done "many wonderful works," but they never mentioned wholly trusting in Jesus' name.

Likewise, we heard all sorts of plans of salvation today, which contradict what the Holy Bible teaches. Joel Osteen says you've got to turn away from your sinful ways, invite Christ into your life, and follow Jesus as your Lord. Joyce Meyer errantly teaches that to get to Heaven, you must let God take the driver's seat of your life, turn away from your sinful behavior, invite Christ into your life, et cetera.

Hundreds of millions of lost sinners have a false sense of security, just like feeling the calm of the storm in the eye of a hurricane. It is a false security! Pastor Max D. Younce taught me: "A demon's favorite activity is to make people feel comfortable in their false religion." Michael P. Bowen says: "Satan's favorite weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born-again."

I believe Paul was simply teaching in 1st Corinthians 15:2 ("By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain"), that you cannot get to Heaven if you get the Gospel wrong.

We know that Paul was NOT teaching that salvation can be lost, because the new birth is irreversible. Not one verse in the entire Bible even hints that eternal life can be forfeited; for if it could be lost, it would mean that eternal life cannot be a gift. A gift cannot be returned, because it is free.

once witnessed the Gospel to my Seventh-Day Adventist doctor. He said that he believed exactly what I believed. But I knew better than that. So I asked him if he would still be saved if he committed a very bad sin, like God forbid, murdering someone. He immediately replied, "Oh no, I wouldn't be saved anymore." I asked him why he thought that way, since we know that eternal life is a free gift from God (Romans 6:23). He said, "Yes, salvation is a gift, but it can be returned to God if we choose to go into sin." Kindly said, my former doctor is WRONG!

I didn't rebuke my former doctor for speaking as a fool, but I simply told him what I believed, that I could go into gross immorality and still be 100% saved, because I am saved by God's righteousness and not my own righteousness. I then handed him a free hardcopy of Michael P. Bowen's helpful book: "I Never Knew You" (free .pdf online version - hardcopies are available at Amazon.com).

Kindly said, SDA's are a Satanic cult. They are NOT true born-again believers. SDA's are trusting in 100% Lordship Salvation. SDA's believe that keeping the Ten Commandments (i.e., keeping the LAW of God) demonstrates your love for God. So if you don't obey the Ten Commandments, SDA's say that it proves you don't really love God, and you don't have faith, so you are not really saved. This is a 100% WORKS based plan of salvation, which is really DAMNATION.

Again, I think Paul is simply saying in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 that if you hear the Gospel, but it gets confused and obscured somewhere long the way, you won't be able to receive the new birth. Jesus said in Luke 8:18, "Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have." Carefully notice what Jesus said: "TAKE HEED THEREFORE HOW YE HEAR."

As Pastor Max Younce rightly says: "RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS." It sure does. Jesus is warning everyone to be diligent to make you you hear God's Word correctly. And I think that is essentially the same thing that Paul is saying in 1st Corinthians 15:2. Paul preached the simplicity that is in Christ, which is "THE GOSPEL" (Romans 1:16; 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). It would have been VERY easy for some false prophet to creep into the church at Corinth. Also, keep in mind that the Apostle Paul penned the Epistle of Galatians approximately 5 years BEFORE he did the Epistle of 1st Corinthians. Here are the years in which each of the 66 books of the inspired Holy Bible were penned by holy men of old, as they wrote under the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God. 

After the horrifying experience of what happened to the Galatian churches, when they were deceived to follow false prophets (wolves in sheep's clothing who brought in another gospel), Paul was being extra careful to warn the church at Corinth. Paul remembered the horror story of what happened to the churches of Galatia. The apostle had preached a clear Gospel presentation to them, but after he left town to go preach in another city, word later came back to Paul that the churches of Galatia were now cults, requiring WORKS (keeping the law) to get to Heaven. Paul was alarmed! The Greek word word “marvel” means that the Apostle Paul was “astonished.” ...

Galatians 1:6-9, "I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."

I humbly think that in 1st Corinthians 15:2, Paul is simply telling them that if they get deceived by the Devil to believe another gospel after he leaves town, they won't go to Heaven. Paul is telling them to guard the accurate of THE GOSPEL which he is preaching to them. I love Paul for that!!! Revelation 3:2, “Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.” Jude 1:3, “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”

It is the solemn duty of every Christian man who is learned and skilled in the Word of God to contend for the faith. Titus was NOT an apostle of Jesus, yet Paul told him in Titus 1:13-14, “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” Lordship Salvation is the commandments of men, not the free grace Gospel taught in the Holy Scriptures.

Corrupt preachers who wickedly tell lost sinners that they must "turn away from your sinful ways" to be saved, are pulling on the same rope as the Devil. They are preaching another gospel. They are sinfully requiring people to keep the LAW as a prerequisite to putting their childlike faith in CHRIST. Romans 3:20 teaches that by the LAW is THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN. That is, the Law shows us our need for redemption, and then brings us to CHRIST to be saved by grace through faith alone. ...

That is what I am doing, day and night as a preacher, warning everybody not to be led away from the simplicity that is in Christ, which is THE GOSPEL. It is a full-time job! False prophets are crawling out of every nook and cranny like cockroaches! 2nd Peter 2:1, "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction."

Dear reader, it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose God's free gift of eternal life. If you couldn't get saved by GOOD WORKS, then how could you ever lose it by BAD WORKS? Hebrews 6:1-2, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.” Please don't miss that: REPENTANCE FROM DEAD WORKS!!!

Ungodly ERV Changes Plan of Salvation By Corrupting Hebrews 6:1

If you look at the modern Devil's Bible revisions, you'll see that they corrupted the Word of God. Now my friend, you are about to read the ungodly, wicked, blasphemous, PERversion, rendered in the “Easy-To-Read Version” (ERV) of the Bible . . .

EASY-TO-READ VERSION (ERV) — “So we should be finished with the beginning lessons about Christ. We should not have to keep going back to where we started. We began our new life by turning away from the evil we did in the past and by believing in God.” [emphasis added]

Here again is Hebrews 6:1 in the beloved, correct, King James Bible . . .

KING JAMES BIBLE (KJB) — Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God.” [emphasis added]

Do you see how the new corrupt Bible versions are horribly changing theology in the churches? The King James Bible teaches that we must repent from our DEAD WORKS to be saved; but the ERV teaches that we must stop living a life of deliberate sin (evil) to be saved. The Alexandrian Greek is of the Devil, teaching a works-based plan of salvation. Salvation is NOT by works (Romans 3:20; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; Romans 4:5-6). The doctrine of the imputed righteousness of God silences all the critics.

A baby believer won't see the major theological differences between the ERV verses the KJB, but I tell you that there are THOUSANDS!!! They've butchered the Words of God!!! Hebrews 6:1 in the ERV sinfully changes the entire plan of salvation, which now requires partial faith in Christ + human effort! No wonder our churches are so messed-up nowadays.

The really tragic thing is that many churches use the ERV piece of crap, using the lame excuse that BI-LINGUAL church members need an easier-to-read Bible. In reality, all the church has done is hand some easy-to-read satanic heresy to the victim. The doctrinal soundness of the Holy Scriptures is GONE, GONE, GONE in the ERV! The built-in dictionary is gone! God's Word is special, it is unique, it cannot be watered-down and simplified without ruining its power. I'm telling the truth, the Luciferian-worshipping occult want to bring spirituality into the churches and eliminate theology. It should be obvious to you that this is exactly what the modern corrupted Bible versions are doing.

The reason why they need to do this is to infiltrate, corrupt and take control over the churches, so that they'll all receive the Antichrist when he comes. If you think that could never happen, you are deceived already. The mystery religion which began in ancient Egypt (which is at the core of New Age) teaches to love God and your fellow mankind, which means rejecting Christianity and the King James Bible, because they are [they say] bigoted, hateful and prejudiced. Of course, Luciferians promote a phony type of ecumenical love, which sinfully embraces unrepentant homosexuals, unbelievers and all apostate religious faiths.

I believe that when the Lord appears at the Rapture to catch away the saints, 97% of the churches will be unaffected (because they are not saved). Lordship Salvation is a false plan of salvation, just as Seventh-Day Adventists, Greek Orthodox, Episcopalians, Church of Christ and Lutherans teach a false plan of salvation. Whether you add water baptism or forsaking sinful living to be saved, it is a false plan of works salvation.

Biblical salvation is based solely upon what Christ did for us, and not what we can do for Him. Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. God will not save anyone who is trying to be saved, He will only save those who are trusting to be saved.

Good Works Or Bad Works, Both Are DEAD WORKS!

Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from DEAD WORKS, and of faith toward God.”

There are three types of works: evil (or bad) works, good works and dead works, but they are all works! Works all involve human effort! You can corrupt the Gospel easily by requiring any type of works to be saved. It is a false plan of salvation to require doing good works to be saved. It is also a false plan of salvation to require ceasing from sinful bad habits (works) to be saved. The Bible calls these all DEAD WORKS!

Here are several ways that the Gospel is being corrupted in churches today:

1. Require good works to be saved (Roman Catholics, Mormons and Seventh-Day Adventists teach this)
2. Teach that salvation is by grace through faith, but good works are also necessary (Jehovah's Witness teach this)
3. Require a commitment to cease from bad works prior to faith to be saved (Jack Chick teaches this)
4. Require a commitment prior to faith, to cease from bad works after saved (David Cloud teaches this)
5. Teach that a person's faith in Christ is not valid until good works are performed (Chip Ingram and William Lane Craig teach this)
6. Require a person to stop bad works to be saved (Billy Graham, Ray Comfort, Aiden Tozer and John MacArthur teach this)

There is some overlap in my preceding list. For example: Seventh-day Adventists also teach Lordship Salvation, so they would fall under both categories 1 and 6 above. The point is that they all reject “the simplicity that is in Christ” taught in 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4. The “simplicity that is in Christ” is that you simply BELIEVE the Gospel to be saved. The “Gospel” is three things: Christ DIED on the cross for our sins, He was BURIED, and He physically RESURRECTED three days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-6). That's “The Good News,” which is what “The Gospel” means.

You must realize that you are a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes (Romans 3:19). We all deserve to burn in Hell for our own sins (Romans 6:23a, “For the wages of our sin is death...”; that includes the “second death” in the everlasting Lake of Fire mentioned in Revelation 20:6b). A man must see himself as a guilty sinner in the sight of a holy God to be saved, otherwise why would you need a Savior? You must see your need for God's grace, that is, your need for the dear Savior. If you admit your sinnership in God's eyes and believe the Gospel, you are immediately and forever saved!!! God wants to save you, if you'll simply come to Him by faith to be saved. John 6:37, “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” We are saved by FAITH alone!!!

There are NO works required nor permissible for salvation. When asked by the curious Jews what “works” were necessary to merit Heaven, Jesus put the matter to rest in John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” There you have it friend—the WORK OF GOD to be saved is to BELIEVE that Jesus is the Christ Whom the Father hath sent. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He was buried, and then He bodily raised-up three days later. This is not a work of self-righteousness; but rather, of the imputed righteousness of God (Romans 4:5-6; Philippian 3:9; Hebrews 4:10-11).

These three elements comprise 'THE GOSPEL':

1. Jesus DIED on the cross for our sins according to the Scriptures,
2.  He was BURIED,
3. Jesus bodily RESURRECTED three days later from the dead (1st Corinthians 15:1-6).

Believe and the work is done!

Do you see my friend how all of these “formulas” (as heretic author C.S. Lewis called them) hinge upon or involve human effort? These are all the “dead works” spoken of in Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,” You don't repent from your sins to be saved; but rather, from DEAD WORKS. Repentance is changing your mind about what you want to do to get to Heaven, to what God says you must do to get to Heaven. You must cease trusting in your church to be saved. You must cease trusting in your sacraments, good works, confessional booth, clean living, and manmade methods of trying to merit Heaven. None of these can save a person from Hell. These are all DEAD WORKS!

Religion wants to fit us with glasses, so we'll perceive things through their perspective; but the Lord Jesus Christ wants to open our eyes, so well see the truth. Eternal life is a TAKE proposition, not a GIVE proposition. Salvation will cost you NOTHING; but Discipleship will cost you EVERYTHING (excellent comparison quotes differentiating between the gift of God verses Christian consecration). God will save the vilest sinner who desires to be saved, who comes to Jesus Christ by faith believing the Gospel.

God will save a man who is struggling with sexual immorality, drunkenness, a hot temper or whatever sins. God doesn't require that a man make a commitment, to stop doing those evil works as a prerequisite to being saved. If God did that, then eternal life wouldn't be a free gift. This does not mean that Christians have God's permission to sin, God forbid (Romans 3:31). The first thing that God requires of every new believer is to desire the sincere milk of the Word thereby we may grow (1st Peter 2:2). Job 36:11, “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.”

God WON'T save the man who comes believing the Gospel, but thinks he is getting saved because he has decided not to live in open sin anymore. Partial faith in Christ, plus something else, is no faith at all! The unsaved religious man has made a commitment in his heart to follow Christ and live a new. He is sorry for his sins and is passionate about cleaning-up his life of wickedness. He desires to turn over a new leaf and confess Christ publicly everywhere that he goes. He errantly believes all these WORKS are necessary to salvation. Sadly, that religious man is a deceived fool, and is not saved. Do you see how subtle the Devil is? Eternal life is not obtained by doing good works, nor is it obtained by ceasing from bad works. These are BOTH dead works! Salvation is a change of mind from trusting in DEAD WORKS, to FAITH alone in Jesus Christ!

To trust in Lordship Salvation is DEAD WORKS!!! To follow Christ, forsake the world, cease from intentional bad behavior, and make public confession of Christ are all rooted in human effort... DEAD WORKS!!!!!!! Ye must be born again!

Dead Works Are Man's Works

Cain tried to impress God with the work of his hands. Cain worked hard tilling his fields day and night, irrigating and weeding daily. Cain grew some nice crops, a bumper harvest no doubt, and brought the best of the best to offer to God. The Lord instantly rejected Cain's DEAD WORKS!!! They were “dead” because they were based on human effort, and not upon God's redemptive plan for mankind. Isaiah 64:6 warns that all of man's self-righteousness is as “filthy rags” in God's sight. Man's very best is offensive to our holy God.

This is a difficult truth for many people to grasp. You could spend your entire adult life helping, building and sacrificially giving to operate orphanages for poor, helping to feed starving and cloth naked little children, and yet, go straight to Hell to burn in the torments of God's wrath forever in your sins. No amount of good deeds can counter the evil deeds (Ecclesiastes 12:14), manipulative ungodly thoughts (Proverbs 24:12) and idle words (Matthew 12:36), for which all men must give account at the Judgment Seat of God (Hebrews 4:13; 9:27).

Ungodly playboy singer and actor, Frank Sinatra (one of the shady “Rat Pack”), donated $100,000,000 of his amassed earthly fortune upon his death to help suffering children in orphanages. That was a nice gesture, but not one penny of Sinatra's philanthropy can buy him out of the Lake of Fire. Sinatra was a lifelong shallow Catholic, trusting in the sacraments of a Mary-worshipping cult to save him. Sinatra was an outspoken critic against organized religion, but he never professed any faith in Jesus Christ either. By all indications Sinatra died in his sins without having ever personally received Jesus Christ as His Savior. So sad! So tragic! Jesus boldly warned in John 3:7—YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN!!!

Get God's Gift

On page 114 of the excellent book by Michael Patrick Bowen titled, “I NEVER KNEW YOU,” the author provides an excellent explanation of true Biblical repentance...

“Repent, as Christ meant it to be in terms of salvation, means to change your mind from trusting in what you can do for God to trusting only in what He can do for you.”

Now let's take a look at what the Lord Jesus Christ said concerning WORKS for salvation in John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” The only “WORK” that is required for salvation is that you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen! How you choose to live, after you are saved, has absolutely nothing to do with the gift of eternal life; but rather, it determines our rewards in Heaven (1st Corinthians 3:8, 11-15).

Ray Comfort is the most dangerous kind of false prophet, because he hides a LIE between two TRUTHS. The half-truth is the most effective lie, because in part it can be defended with incontestable logic. In fact, it is challenging to expose such false prophets, because most people have difficulty seeing the problem. The issue here is adding human effort to faith, or using human effort as a validation of faith. Human effort has no place in the salvation God offers to man! IT IS A GIFT!!!

Kindly, according to Ray Comfort in the preceding article, a professed Christian who continues in sin may not be saved. The truth is that any professed Christian may not be saved, whether living a righteous life or living in gross immorality. I cannot look at you or anyone else and determine whether or not you are saved, apart from the direct testimony from your own mouth.

Author Mark Twain said: “It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” So true! The Devil is sneaking heresies into our Independent Fundamental Baptist churches by the hour. Don't take my word for it, listen to Pastor Jack Hyles say it himself in these awesome sermons titled: “Fundamentalist Heresy” and “Our Mixed-Up Fundamental Christianity.” Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born-again. Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. God only saves those who are trusting to be saved; God does not save those who are trying to be saved. Either God does the saving, all of it; or else you are not saved at all.

Hebrews 6:1b teaches that salvation involved repentance from 'DEAD WORKS.' So whatever you may have been falsely trusting upon up until now—cleaning up your life of sin, or doing good works, or desiring to depart from sinful activities, or following Christ in obedience, or committing your life to live for God, or water baptism, or speaking-in-tongues, or forsaking the world, or joining church membership, or Sabbath Keeping, or tithing, or confessing Christ publicly, et cetera—If you have been trusting in any of these false securities for salvation—REPENT!!!—that is, change your mind, and STOP TRUSTING THEM FOR SALVATION!!!

Remember, we are saved by BELIEVING, not by REPENTING; but no man has ever BELIEVED who didn't also REPENT! Repentance is an automatic thing. When I witness to people, I intentionally don't even mention repentance, lest I confuse them. If that harelips you like a dog, then please consider that God Himself DIDN'T mention the word “repent” even once in the Gospel of John (the Lord's Gospel tract). John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” In the wonderful Gospel of John we find the word “BELIEVE” mentioned 87 times! We are saved by BELIEVING!!!

Pastor Bob Gray Sr. at the Longview Baptist Temple church in Texas correctly preaches:

“Repentance means to change your mind—change your mind—change your mind about how you want to get to Heaven to what God says you've got to do to get to Heaven. So we have learned that it is not one's sins that must be repented of to be saved; but rather, DEAD WORKS!!! Who can repent of all their sins? No one! It is gross doctrinal error to add the unbiblical requirement for a person to forsake sinful behavior to be saved. This is a manmade requirement that God does not require. Certainly, God wants and commands each of His children to depart from wickedness, but this is a call to Christians who ARE SAVED, and not to the lost who ARE NOT saved. 2nd Timothy 2:19, “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

Ephesians 2:10 says that God saves us unto good works. Hebrews 12:6-8 warns that God chastises and scourges his disobedient children, or else they are not legitimately saved (i.e., were never saved to begin with). So, God doesn't take sin lightly—not for the unsaved nor the redeemed. But you don't change and force the hand of God upon sinners by corrupting the plan of salvation to put pressure on new converts to live holy lives.

Consequently, there are many false conversions in the churches today, where people errantly think they have been saved, but they haven't; because they were lied to, partially trusting in their own human effort to clean-up their life of sin, forsake the world, commit their will to God, follow Christ, and confess Him publicly. None of these are God's plan of salvation, which the Bible calls: “THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). Jesus is precious!!!

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies...” —2nd Peter 2:1

Dear reader, please always keep in mind that the Bible does NOT teach repentance from your sins to get to Heaven, nor does the Bible teach that you must repent so your behavior changes. You don't have to give up your BAD WORKS, nor do you need to start doing GOOD WORKS to prove that you are saved. The inspired King James Bible only teaches repentance from DEAD WORKS, which includes good works and bad works. WORKS have no place in God's simple plan of salvation!!!

Read again the blessed words of our dear Savior from John 6:28-29, John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do. Thank you for reading. Jesus is precious!!!

The Believer's Three Sanctifications

1st Corinthians 6:11, “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”

There are preachers and believers who don't understand (or recognize) the three different kinds of sanctification for the born-again child of God. But thankfully, according to our final authority in the inspired authorized 1611 King James Bible, they are as follows:

1. Positional Instantaneous Sanctification (This happened the moment we believed the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 1st Corinthians 6:11, “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” This known also as the: "Salvation of our soul" from the penalty of sin in Hell to Heaven
2. Progressive, Experiential Sanctification (This happens daily in a saint's life. This sanctification includes "spirituality and edification or growth." This is also known as the: “Salvation of the our testimony” by which we are being sanctify, or being delivered, from the power of sin. The Holy Spirit fills us with His power as believers. Ephesians 5:18, “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;” Galatians 5:16, “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.”
3. Final, Ultimate Sanctification will take place at the Rapture - Romans 8:9-11, “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
   
   1st Thessalonians 5:23, “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
   
   Ephesians 4:30, “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”
   
   Philippians 3:21, “Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”
   
   Jude 1:24, "Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,"
   
   This known also as the: “Salvation of our body” from the presence of sin to presence of God. 

Pastor M.R. DeHaan (1891-1965) wrote these helpful words:

"There is a vast difference between coming to Jesus for salvation and coming after Jesus for service. Coming to Christ makes one a believer, while coming after Christ makes one a disciple. All believers are not disciples. To become a believer one accepts the invitation of the Gospel, to be a disciple one obeys the challenge to a life of dedicated service and separation. Salvation comes through the sacrifice of Christ; discipleship comes only by sacrifice of self and surrender to His call for devoted service. Salvation is free, but discipleship involves paying the price of a separated walk. Salvation can't be lost because it depends upon God's faithfulness, but discipleship can be lost because it depends upon our faithfulness." —Pastor M.R. DeHaan, “Hebrews”; Zondervan Publishing House; 1959 (p. 117)

Amen and amen! Pastor DeHaan is absolutely correct! We must always keep discipleship separate from justification. I am going to Heaven when I die, and I 100% know it, because my redemption is not dependent upon my faithfulness or performance; but rather, it is 100% dependent upon God's faithfulness to keep His promise “TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE” (1st Corinthians 1:21b). Titus 1:2 says that God keeps His promises, because God cannot lie. Titus 1:2, “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;”

With the three different kinds of sanctification in mind that I have taught you in this blog, the following brilliant quote by Pilgrim's Progress author, John Bunyan, makes perfect sense:

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —John Bunyan (1628-1688)

The sanctification of which Pastor John Bunyan is speaking is the Progressive, Experiential Sanctification (a believer's growth in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ). Bunyan is NOT speaking about the Positional Instantaneous Sanctification which every saint receives at the time of the new birth.

That is, our POSITION in Christ is forever settled at the time of the new birth, which is solely through faith alone in Christ. Salvation is NOT a process. The LAW demands perfect righteousness from man to get to Heaven; but GRACE imparts God's righteousness to man through faith in Jesus Christ. Please never mix discipleship with salvation, lest you corrupt the Gospel. Our sonship as God's redeemed children is one thing (John 1:13-14); Our service for Christ is another thing entirely (Romans 12:1-2).

Our CONDITION in Christ as saints is an ongoing process, by which the Holy Spirit conforms us into the very image of Jesus. Romans 8:29, "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren." Carefully notice that God the Father doesn't predestinate anybody to salvation; but rather, we are being conformed into the image of His only begotten Son, Jesus. What an awesome God and Savior! Jesus is precious!!!

People Will Tolerate Religion, But Not The Truth

2nd Timothy 4:1-4, “I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

People will tolerate just about any system of beliefs nowadays except Biblical Christianity. The name of Jesus is offensive to most people. A lot of people will talk about God; but never mention the precious name of Jesus. People will tolerate religion; but they will not tolerate the Savior. The reason is because religion elevates mortal man as their authority.

However, Biblical Christianity elevates the God-man, Jesus Christ. The heathen world will not tolerate the Son of God, the Christ (John 15:19). People are embracing religion today, because there is no Final Authority.

Having said that, one of the biggest cults today is Pensacola Christian College (PCC). I moved from the island of Guam in 2021 to Pensacola. My first choice of church to visit was none other than PCC's Campus Church. I was deeply hurt the first time I contacted their incompetent shameful senior pastor, Jeff Redlin, who took the liberty to scold me for mentioning that I hoped to find a wife at Campus Church. The guy didn't even know me. He had never ate a meal with me. He never offered once to pray for or with me. Pastor Redlin had no right or business belittling me, when he doesn't even know who I am. I say that to his utter shame.

Furthermore, he falsely accused me, scolding me for coming to a big church to find a wife. But I had never stated that was why I came to church, as ASS-U-med that. I realized that quickly that Jeff Redlin has the mentality of an eight year old spoiled brat. To no surprise, it didn't even take 3 months for him to drive me our of Campus Church, because of his ongoing mistreatment of me as a human being, and a hurting divorced person. There is no love at PCC, only a hateful self-righteous intolerance and bigotry toward anyone who dares to question their doctrine or methods in the cult.

I did question their doctrine, and for good reason. On July 21, 2021 I heard incompetent assistant pastor, Timothy Zacharias, teach thousands of cult members at a Wednesday night evening service, that repentance requires a change of behavior to prove that you are saved. I was disgusted by what I heard, as I sat their physically in the pews of Campus Church. The next morning I contacted their competent senior pastor, Jeff Redlin, about the matter. To no surprise he 100% defended Tim Zacharias and said the PCC camp believes that repentance results in a change of behavior. Folks, that is damnable heresy!

God authored one Book, the Holy Bible. In that wonderful Holy Book, God made two great divisions of Old and New Testaments (or, respectively, LAW and CHRIST, or GRACE). The sole function of the LAW in salvation is to give humanity THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN. Romans 3:20, “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” And then the LAW brings lost sinners to CHRIST to be saved by grace through faith alone. Galatians 3:324-26, “Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

I have just shown you dear reader THE TRUTH from the inspired Word of God. The Law was never intended by God to be kept as a prerequisite to being saved by faith. Yet, that is the exact heresy being preached by 90% of preachers, pastors and clergy today in churches, Bible colleges, in prisons, in rescue missions, in the military and on foreign mission fields. These lying preachers all say that faith in the Gospel (Good News) Jesus Christ is not enough to get to Heaven; but in addition, they all wickedly teach that you must first “turn away from your sinful ways” to be saved. What they are effectively preaching is that YOU must make an effort to keep the Old Testament LAW to get to Heaven. They are devils behind the pulpit!

A lot of shallow churchgoers have become angry at me for exposing the incompetent Pensacola Christian College (PCC) camp. There is an ongoing spirit of contempt, bitterness and smear campaign against me by PCC cult members and former employees, attacking me on social media because I have the guts to expose their wickedness. In fact, PCC today wickedly bids Godspeed to false prophet Ken Ham. PCC claims to be a liberal arts institution, which one of their former female PCC teachers alleges gives them the right to promote Ken Ham. No, Biblically, it doesn't. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”

There's another pastor and church in Pensacola that I may need to expose too, that is closely associated with the PCC cult. I can tell you with absolute Biblical authority that anyone who teaches that you must “turn away from your sinful ways” to get to Heaven is pulling on the same rope as the Devil. Pastor Jeff Redlin and Timothy Zacharias are theological liars, who errantly teach, and I quote from their Foundation's Class: “Repentance is a change of mind which results in a change of behavior.” No Sir, that is a counterfeit plan of salvation. No where in the inspired King James Bible are we taught to forsake our sinning to be saved, or to prove that we are really saved. I fully agree with what Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold said:

“Lordship Salvation is the unsupportable and unbiblical belief that the performance of good works, the promise of good works, or the evidence of good works, must accompany faith in Christ to establish or provide evidence that such faith has resulted in eternal life.” —Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold, "Jesus versus John MacArthur"

Kindly said, Pastors' Tim Zacharias and Jeff Redlin are theological LIARS!!! They are oh so wrong! They know not what they teach. They do greatly err, not knowing the Scriptures. RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

The FALSE GOSPEL of ANSWERS IN GENESIS and KEN HAM

PCC leadership lives under the delusion that they are doing everything right, and are pleasing to God, as did the foolish Laodicean church in Revelation 3:15-17; but Jesus truthfully called them “miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked” (Revelation 3:17b). WORKS has absolutely nothing to do with going to Heaven, yet Ken Ham and his employees at his Answers-In-Genesis ministry preach another gospel, which requires WORKS. So why does PCC wickedly support, honor and invite ken Ham to speak at Campus Church and PCC? It is because they are ungodly at Pensacola Christian College (PCC).

I actually attempted to reconcile and make peace with the PCC leadership in the summer of 2022. I wrote three humble letters to them. PCC totally ignored me. Pastor Redlin replied by banning me from attending Campus Church ever again. That was August 2, 2022. What hypocrites! What hateful and uncompassionate phonies for Christ.

Ken Ham is in error, falsely teaching that you must repent to be saved, by turning away from your evil ways. The Bible calls Ken Ham a LIAR!!! Nobody can get to Heaven based on their WORKS. Turning from your evil way is WORKS (Jonah 3:10). People who are trusting in their WORKS to get to Heaven will NOT go to Heaven. Jesus said this...

Matthew 7:21-23, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord (There's your Lordship Salvation), shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven (cf., John 6:40). Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord (There's your Lordship Salvation), have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

Did you see that? They were trusting in their WORKS? You cannot be born-again by trusting in WORKS. What saith the Scripture? Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Turning away from your sinful ways is WORKS! Forsaking a lifestyle of sinning is WORKS! Reforming, being willing to turn from sin, repenting of your sinful ways is WORKS! The Bible says we are saved BY FAITH. Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”
