Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”
The following toxic page is from the Chick Tract titled, “This Was Your Life”...
Not one verse in the inspired Word of God requires surrendering your life to Christ, acknowledging Jesus as your LORD, repenting of your sins, or even to be willing to repent of your sins, to be saved. I have no doubt that Jack Chick (1924-2016) meant well, but he was doctrinally corrupt and off base in his theology. Right doctrine matters!
𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝟯:𝟭𝟬, “𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘆; 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺; 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁.” The Bible calls turning from their evil ways "works." This passage also says that God Himself "repented." So, repentance cannot mean to turn from one's sins because God cannot sin.
Despite his great art work, Jack Chick was a dangerous false prophet!

Over the past 24 years of website ministry, I have received numerous testimonies from frustrated Christians who before they were saved had been horribly misled by Chick Tracts, thinking that God would not save them until they were first willing to stop fornicating, getting drunk, living in adultery, et cetera. Chick Tracts heretically teach that you must first be willing to turn from your sinful bad habits before God will save you, and that is works, not grace. Romans 4:4-5, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” If those misled people had died during their time of ignorance, they would have went to Hell forever because Jack Chick lied to them.
